### Web Experiment Enhancements in the Chrome Extension

**Description:** Enable debugging experiments in Chrome extension. Enable injecting the Web Experiment SDK onto a site locally without the need to install the script tag.

**Why:** Now, you can set up Amplitude Web Experimentation and use the visual editor while waiting for the script to be installed. Enables teams to force variants on-page to help debug experiments faster.
