This User.com integration lets you send audiences from Amplitude to User.com to create more personalized campaigns.
Use cases

- Behavioral triggers: User.com supports automated triggers based on user behavior. Send cohorts from Amplitude to User.com to create triggers for specific actions or events, such as a cart-abandonment reminder email.
- Segmentation: Use User.com's segmentation to create custom segments from synced Amplitude cohorts, based on user behaviors or characteristics.

Considerations
- This integration is only available for customers who have paid plans with Amplitude.
- Enable this integration in each Amplitude project you want to use it in.
Set up the integration
User.com setup
- Log into your User.com dashboard and copy your API key.
Amplitude setup
- In Amplitude Data, click Catalog and select the Destinations tab.
- In the Cohort section, click User.com.
- Add a new destination.
- Enter a name for this integration.
- Paste in your API key.
- Map your Amplitude properties to User.com's User ID.
- Save when finished.
Send a cohort
- In Amplitude, open the cohort you want to export. Click Sync, and choose User.com.
- Choose the destination.
- Select the sync cadence.
- Save your work.
