2026 Amplitude AI Impact Awards Terms and Conditions
These Amplitude AI Impact Awards Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between Amplitude, Inc. ("Amplitude") and you or the entity you represent ("you"). By submitting for or participating in the awards program ("Awards"), you confirm that you have read, understand and agree to these Terms.
1. Sponsor
The AI Impact Awards (“Program”) is sponsored by Amplitude, Inc., 201 Third Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94103 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility Requirements
Entries must be submitted between April 1, 2026 and April 30, 2026 in order to be considered.
The program is open to individuals who:
- Are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction
- Are legal residents of the Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Isle of Man, Israel, Japan, Jersey, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, Nigeria, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay
- Are Amplitude customers by way of either free or paid subscription plans.
Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and immediate family members or household members of such employees are not eligible to participate. Contractors and individuals working on behalf of Sponsor are also not eligible.
Participation is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
3. Unacceptable Material
Nominations that contain pornographic material, propagate "hate" messages, make defamatory statements, or which are otherwise extraordinarily offensive or violate any law or regulation are not eligible. Amplitude may reject or disqualify, in its sole discretion, any Nomination that Amplitude deems inappropriate.
The person submitting the Nomination is responsible for the legality, originality, and copyright of the Nomination.
Amplitude will not make any content in the Nomination public without the nominee’s (whether or not an individual or team) permission.
4. Disqualification
Ineligible entries may be disqualified at any time without notification in Amplitude’s sole discretion.
5. Acknowledgement of Submissions
All entries must be submitted through the Amplitude AI Impact Awards submission form. Nominations will not be accepted via email or other channels unless announced otherwise via the official Amplitude website or technical difficulties prevent UserEvidence from receiving Nominations.
The person submitting the entry will receive a confirmation message and an email when an entry has been received.
6. Selection Criteria
This is a judged awards program. Winners will be selected based on the quality of their submissions.
Entries will be evaluated using the following criteria:
- Business impact and measurable outcomes
- Clarity of problem and approach
- Repeatability of the workflow
- Speed to value
- Evidence of real-world application
All judging decisions are final and at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
7. Use of Submissions
By submitting an entry, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and share your submission for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes.
This may include:
- Customer stories
- Sales materials
- Community content
- Prompt and workflow libraries
Sponsor may edit submissions for clarity or length while preserving the original intent.
8. Award Prizes
Individual Awards
- First Place: $500 USD, official AI Impact Award winner image file, and Amplitude branded merchandise
- Second Place: $250 USD, official AI Impact Award winner image file, and Amplitude branded merchandise
- Third Place: $100 USD, official AI Impact Award winner image file, and Amplitude branded merchandise
Team Award
Awarded to the company with the highest number of qualified submissions.
- $1,000 USD team prize
- Official AI Impact Award winner image file, and Amplitude branded merchandise and branded merchandise
Non-monetary recognition may include:
- Featured customer story
- Inclusion in a shared AI workflow and prompt library
- Visibility across Sponsor’s marketing and community channels
Awards are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash alternatives. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an award of equal or greater value if necessary.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation in the Program or receipt of any award.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Technical errors or submission failures
- Lost or incomplete entries
- Any issues beyond its reasonable control
10. Privacy
By participating, you represent and warrant that:
- All information submitted is accurate and complete
- The submission reflects your own work or work you are authorized to share
- You have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content
The person submitting an AI Impact Award entry is responsible for all content shared with Amplitude, including all personal information of the nominee that is included in the submission. Anyone submitting a Nomination agrees to Amplitude’s privacy policy.
