Most teams don’t have a data problem. They have a time-to-answer problem.

The question shows up in Slack or Teams: “Did the new signup flow help?” “Why did conversion dip?” “What should we do next?” The answer is usually scattered across dashboards, charts, and old threads. By the time you’ve pieced it together, the moment to act has passed.

Today, we’re introducing Amplitude Global Agent in Slack and Microsoft Teams: an always-on analyst that can instantly answer product and business questions, pull in or create charts, and help you take action on insights, all without leaving the conversation.

It uses the same AI assistant as the Amplitude web app, so it respects your permissions and uses your configured AI context for deeper analysis.

No more gatekeeping analytics

Amplitude Global Agent can live in any shared channel, so insights aren’t trapped with SQL or an overloaded data team.

Ask a question just like how you'd Slack a coworker, and you’ll get a clear answer, plus supporting evidence: links to source dashboards, the underlying views, and even new charts created on the spot.

Anyone in the channel can see the Agent’s answers within the context of the existing conversation, click into the source data in Amplitude, and move the project forward.

Pairing the transparency of Slack or Teams with your analytics boosts productivity across the whole org—fewer bottlenecks, fewer “can someone pull this?” pings, and more data-driven decisions.
